📖 Booking

New Clients, Please complete a service request. Before we can confirm any services, Paw Maids must complete a meet & greet with you and your pet(s).

Returning Clients, Can Request Services on PORTAL, by Email or Call/Text.

BOOKINGS ARE ONLY CONFIRMED ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

Standard estimates are based on 1–2 pets within Zone A. Questions? Email info@pawmaids.com.

Office hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm. We reply within 24–72 hours.

🗝️ Keys

Paw Maids can securely keep your key on file (copies must be provided during the meet & greet), or you may place a lockbox at your home and provide us with the code.

A key drop-off location is available upon request. Keys must be dropped off 24 hours before the visit.

If needed, Paw Maids can pick up your key from your residence for a $25 fee.

💳 Payment

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MC, Amex), PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo.

Tips are appreciated but not required. Cash tips may be left with a clear label at the service location or sent to our Venmo with your sitter’s name noted. Sitters receive 100% of tips.

🪙 Other Fees + Cancellations

Holiday fee: +$15 per visit.

Holidays include: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.

Last-minute bookings: Requests for services within 72 hours must be pre-approved and may include an additional fee. Email info@pawmaids.com.

Cancellations more than 72 hours before the service date: 100% refundable

Cancellations 72 hours or less prior to service date: non-refundable*

*Schedules are finalized 72 hours in advance; booking cancellations within that window cannot be monetarily recuperated.

🥫 Supplies

Sitting services do not include supplies. Please provide enough materials for the duration of the visit (trash bags, pet food, cat litter, cleaning supplies, treats, etc.).

If Paw Maids needs to purchase supplies, the client is responsible for cost and time.

🦺 Safety

For everyone’s safety, if a caregiver is bitten or feels unsafe with your pet, you will be notified and services will be discontinued. Our sitters are not veterinarians or medical professionals—we are dedicated animal lovers and pet parents.

Cameras: Please disclose any in-home cameras (and whether they will be active) during booking.

Other people at home: Let us know if anyone else will be present during scheduled visits.

💊 Medications & Flea Requirements

Your home must be free of fleas, and we recommend your pet be on current flea prevention.

Please disclose all medication needs at booking. There is no additional fee for administering medication; however, complex routines may require longer visits. These details will be discussed and agreed upon in advance. EOL (End of life) treatments such as SubQ liquids, MUST BE DISCLOSED during booking. For the safety of your pet, Paw Maids may deny bookings.

🛏️ Overnight Stays

If you have in-home cameras, we request a privacy “dark period” from 10pm–7am.

Your home must be in acceptable condition for our sitter. Please prepare the bed with fresh sheets on the day of departure.

If no bed is available, an alternative must be provided (air mattress, rollaway, cot, etc.).

If a caregiver arrives and the home is not in acceptable condition, you will be notified immediately. They will complete an evening visit and return for the morning visit, but the overnight will be forfeited and non-refundable.
